Shadi has a degree in Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University and a Masters in Business Management. His academic journey culminated in a PhD in Human and Resource Management. Today, he uses this knowledge to help international students pursue their dreams.

Serap has over a decade of experience in educational consultancy. She has a BSc in teaching science from Gazi University, a Turkish Diploma in DPSI from the Institute of Linguistics and a BA in Art from Anglia Ruskin University.
